Car Accident Helpline offers free advice to any person who wishes to contact us to discuss an injury situation. You have no obligation to commence a claim.
If however, you are ready to make a claim then we will offer you a No Win No Fee service from our Lawyers.
No Win No Fee means that. If we don’t win for you then you will pay no fee to us. The same applies to outlays such as Medical Reports, Reports, Registration Searches, Police Reports, etc. If your case is not successful then you have no obligation to pay any money in respect of the expenses incurred in obtaining those reports.
Any legal fees incurred are calculated pursuant to a scale when you engage our partner Legal team which in most cases is assessed by an independent assessor you only pay for the work that is actually performed for you as assessed by an independent body.
When our legal team are involved there is no obligation to pay any money at all upfront and we will fund your claim from start to finish. Our law firm will act on a No Win No Fee basis and on the basis that outlays are also not recoverable in the event of a loss. Any variations to this agreement will be between you and the firm and can, of course, be discussed with us at any time.
